Below is a list of the certifications our team has obtained to date, along with a brief explanation about the certification and what it means to our valued clients.
The CHLMS is provided by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. We received this prestigious certification in December 2019, and not every real estate agent (even seasoned professionals) is eligible to receive this certification. In order to become a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, an agent must demonstrate an ability to market and close homes above a specific price point.
We are incredibly proud of this certification, and will strive to provide the best possible service to our clients, no matter the price point!

This certification is provided by the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals, and designates a full understanding of VA Loan Guarantee Program. The Kay-Grant Group is dedicated to helping the Veterans of our Armed Forces with all of their real estate needs, and it is an honor to have earned this certification on behalf of all prospective Arizona residents who have served our country.
