Ron is a native and lifelong resident of Phoenix. Together with his father, Ray Pacioni, they developed many projects in the Phoenix metroplex. The most notable was the award-winning downtown Phoenix condo community, Stadium Lofts, the first residential development in the Phoenix Warehouse District.

In 2007, in response to his life-long love of the culinary arts, he purchased Coup Des Tartes, a French restaurant in midtown Phoenix, but after twelve successful years, he felt the tug of real estate. He joined The Kay-Grant Group because of its professional style. Their methods suited him well.

Throughout his real estate career, Ron’s passion for representing discerning buyers and sellers of luxury real estate and helping them achieve their dreams. His mission is to provide the highest level of discretion, skill, service, and care to every client during every transaction. Ron specializes in selling homes in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Paradise Valley.

Ron’s desire to serve people helped propel him to be a founding member of the Probate Division at The Kay-Grant Group. Ron believes in being able to help take the stress of having to liquate an estate off the backs of grieving family members.

Ron earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Northern Arizona University, and later, he earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

When he is not searching for suitable homes for his clients, he enjoys serving the community through sitting on the boards of the Franciscan Renewal Center and The Italian Association of Arizona. Ron enjoys cooking, wine, golf, and reading.
