Hi, I'm Andrea Lilienfeld with the Kay-Grant Group, and today we're back at the Optima Camelview, where we're going to tour one of our featured two bedroom, two bathroom units. As you can see behind me here, this kitchen as been fully updated to include new cabinetry, custom granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, including a gas cook top range, and the entire condo is equipped with reverse osmosis. The upgrades we saw in the kitchen continue throughout this condo, as you're going to notice that all of the common areas have travertine flooring installed. There's been new ceiling fans installed, as well as the fact that the great room is equipped with surround sound speakers.

This condo features one of the best layouts you're going to see throughout the Optima Camelview. You'll notice that the great room is actually large enough that it has an eat-in kitchen. There's plenty of space here for a large kitchen table, while still having a large area for your living room furniture. As you walk directly back to the back of the condo, what you're going to notice is that this condo is one of the few that's going to offer a great poolside view. Why don't we go take a look?

As we continue our tour throughout this featured two bedroom, two bathroom condo, I want to make sure that everyone takes special note of all the storage that comes with this unit. This unit has a separate storage unit down in the gated garage, as well as you're going to notice it has extra closets compared to many other units throughout the community, and all the closets have been upgraded with built-in shelving. Here you're seeing a close up of the linen closet, which is directly across the hallway from the laundry room. This laundry room is going to feature an oversized washer and dryer, as well as built in shelves for you to keep you different laundry and cleaning supplies.

Here, you're going to see the master bedroom, which is very oversized. There's plenty of room for up to a king sized bed, with dressers, and even a seating area by the window if you would like. The travertine flooring that we saw out in the main common area has been carried into the master bathroom, where you'll see both the floors and walls are completely covered with travertine. Moving on from the master bedroom, let's go take a look at the second bedroom. When viewing the second bedroom, you're going to notice that the floor to ceiling windows are also in this room, and that the room is large enough for a queen size bed with dresser. The owners of this unit have also carried the built out closets into this room, where you're going to see both shelving space and hanging space in this closet. Directly across the hallway from the second bedroom you'll find the second bathroom, which also features travertine floors and wall, as well as a tile shower with again, the glass dooring.
