Hi, I'm Andrea Lilienfeld with The Kay-Grant Group. Today we're going to take some time getting to know the Optima Camelview. Let's take a deeper look at one of our featured penthouses. From the second you walk into this penthouse, you'll notice just how luxurious it is. When you start with the kitchen, you'll see that the owner has actually put in custom granite counter-tops with special edges. Has stainless steel appliances throughout the kitchen, including a gas-top stove. This condo, in the entire community of the Optima Camelview, is also equipped with reverse osmosis. While touring this unit, one thing I think is very important to keep in mind is this is one of the few units throughout the entire complex that doesn't share any common walls with neighbors. You don't have anyone above you that you need to worry about walking around, nor do you share any of your side walls, so you don't need to worry about the noise that sometimes goes along with condo living. With that, let's go back and check out the two bathrooms, and the two bedrooms that go along with this unit.

Here we are in the master bedroom. When you step into the master bedroom, the first thing you're going to notice is again, the breath-taking views that are associated with this gorgeous penthouse unit. The bedroom is large enough for two dressers and a king size bed, with still feeling very roomy. It also has its own ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, a full tile shower, and a full-sized walk-in closet.
