Hi. I'm Andrea Lilienfeld of the Kay-Grant Group, and today we're at Ciento Condominiums located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. With its amazing location just a mile and a half from Fashion Square Mall and less than a mile from the Giant spring training stadium, this community is definitely one you'll want to see.

Now we're at one of my favorite places within Ciento Condominiums. From this second story community patio, you're able to see the community pool, community grilling area, as well as see all of the lush green grass and vegetation that's been planted throughout the community.

Now that you've had a chance to see a little bit more of the community, I'd like to take a moment to take a tour of one of our featured one bedroom, one bathroom Ciento condos for sale here in Old Town Scottsdale. Currently I'm standing in the living room of this 649 square foot condo. One of the features that I love about this condo is the way it opens up to a great patio that overlooks the green space in the common area of this community.
