Hi, I'm Andrea Lilienfeld with the Kay-Grant Group. Today we're back at the highly sought after Sunrise Condominium. We are going to take some time to tour one of our featured two-bedroom, two-bathroom listings. With that, let's go in and see what this condo has to offer.

Here we are inside of this highly upgraded 955-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo for sale in Old Town Scottsdale. As you look around this condo, one of the first things you'll notice is these beautiful wood-like tile flooring that's been installed throughout the entire condo. You'll also want to make sure you're taking special note of all the different furnishings and decorations throughout this condo as they are all for sale, so you can purchase this condo fully furnished and move-in ready.

Here we are in the main living space of this Old Town Scottsdale condo for sale, where you'll notice that the great room has high vaulted ceilings as well as a ceiling fan. One of my favorite features is going to be the view you see off of the patio here that's just to my right. As you'll see behind me, this condo features an oversized patio that actually overlooks one of the two communities' heated pools. Now I don't know about you, but I could definitely get used to hanging out out here.

Just off of the great room and patio you're going to find the condo's dining room and upgraded kitchen. As you'll see in the galley kitchen behind me, it has been upgraded with new cabinets and granite countertops. Now that we've finished viewing the great room, dining room, and kitchen, let's continue down the hallway where we'll get to see both bathrooms, as well as both bedrooms. Come with me.

You'll notice the lush green grass, all the well maintained landscaping, and the beautiful, mature trees providing ample shade throughout the community. One of the many draws to the Sunrise Condominiums here in Old Town Scottsdale is its amazing location. The community is walking distance to grocery stores, gas stations, the Giants spring training stadium, and all of the shopping and restaurants available in Old Town Scottsdale. Not only that, if you look behind me, look at this location. The community is located right on the 18-holed Continental Golf Course. It has amazing views of Camelback Mountain as well as being adjacent to over 20 miles of walking and running trails here with the green belt just being on the other side of the golf course.

The Sunrise Condominium Community here in Old Town Scottsdale features two amazing outdoor heated pools with space. As you look around this oversize community pool, you'll notice the community spared no expenses when it came to their furnishings. They've done an amazing job here at ensuring that the community areas are well furnished with very high-end wicker furniture with lush, colorful pads.

Here we are at the Sunrise Condominiums gym. You are sure to be impressed by the size of the workout facility here. The room we're standing in now is the strength training room that contains all the different weights. Now we're going to go over and we're going to look at the cardio room. Here we are in the cardio room, where you'll find everything from bikes to elliptical machines, to treadmills, to a StairMaster. Best of all, this fitness center overlooks one of the community's two pools. I don't know about you, but I could get used to working out with this sort of view. The Sunrise Condominium workout facility also features an amazing private room for workout classes or yoga that's available to all of its residents.
