Hi, I'm Andrea Lilienfeld with the Kay-Grant Group, and today I'm excited to give you a tour of our featured two bedroom, two bathroom, condo for sale in the Optima Camelview. This 1,304 square foot condo, is one of my favorite in the entire community.
We're going to start our tour today in the kitchen, where you're going to see that the seller has done an amazing job updating the cabinets to a fresh, bright, white cabinet, with all stainless steel appliances. Directly across from the kitchen, you are going to see this two bedroom, two bathrooms, extra bonus room. You can see the owners have done a great job at partitioning this room off, using some beautiful frosted glass, that really adds a lot of class and character to the overall feel of the condo. This extra bonus room can be used for anything, from an extra seating room, to a home office, to a dining room, or even to just extra sleeping quarters, if you have several guests come to visit.
As we continue our tour of this luxury two bedroom, two bathroom, condo for sale, in the Optima Camelview, you're going to notice just how open and bright the entire condo feels. As you can see behind me, this condo features floor to ceiling windows, that open up to the oversized terrace, that overlooks the community pool. Prior to going out and taking a look at the amazing view you have from this condo's oversized terrace, let's take a moment to look at the master bedroom. Behind me, you're going to see here, this condo's master bedroom, which as you can see, is an amazing size. It's plenty large for a king size bed, dressers, and even a small seating area, if you'd like. Connected to the master bedroom, you'll find the en suite bathroom, where you'll see this bathroom features a dual sink vanity, white cabinetry, and a wonderful travertine shower.
Now that we've had a chance to see the master bedroom, let's go to the other side of the condo, and check out the second bedroom, and bathroom. As you'll see, this is a great size second bedroom. It easily fits a queen size bed and dresser, and even has a great space to include a desk, that will overlook your oversized terrace and patio. Now this is one view I can get use to working with. Directly across the hallway from the second bedroom, you'll find this condos second bathroom. As you see here, the second bathroom also features the light and bright cabinetry, as well as, travertine floors and walls, and a travertine surround with the bathtub and shower.
Now that we've had the opportunity to tour the interior of our featured two bedroom, two bathroom condo for sale, let's go check out my favorite feature of this condo. Its oversized terrace and patio, that's going to overlook the community pool. As you can see, as you look around this oversized, 575 square foot terrace, you'll notice that half the terrace is going to be covered from the sun, which makes it a great usable space all day long, while the other half is uncovered, if you'd like to lay out and get some sun. The sellers have told me one of their favorite things about this patio, is the fact that it's eastern facing. That's so important here, for your Arizona summers. As you can see right now, we are nicely shaded, making this patio very comfortable to hang out on, even though it's 3:30 in the afternoon, in the middle of the Summer. This is definitely a big plus for this condo.
Now that you've had a chance to follow-up with this two bedroom, two bathroom condo, let's take a moment to look at all the features throughout the community that cause the residents to love living at the Optima Camelview. As you can see, by looking behind me, the Optima Camelview is known for being one of the most lush luxury condo communities in old town Scottsdale. It's located directly across the street from Fashion Square Mall, giving residents access to walk, not only the mall, but over a hundred different restaurants. Here we are at one of two outdoor pools, that's available for the residents of the Optima Camelview. You'll see when you look behind me, that we have not only a full size pool and spa, but there's also plenty of lounge chairs to relax by. Every pool area also features a nice grill area, that you'll see in the evening, residents using to barbecue and get to know each other. Here we are at the second pool, that's available for the Optima Camelview residents. As you'll again see, looking behind me, this pool area also features both the full size pool, hot tub, and grilling area, as well as ample lounge area. The one thing you'll notice about this second pool is that it also features a shallow play pool, that's great for either young children, or just adults that want to just lounge in some shallow water.
So, the many things available to the residents of the Optima Camelview, certainly don't end with the two outdoor, on-site pools. As you'll see behind me, all residents have access to their very own restaurant that's located right here on-site. The restaurant has both inside seating, as well as outdoor seating, and the lunch they deliver directly to your condo in a room service type manner, or will deliver food or beverages to you at the pool, making this truly a luxury experience. Residents also have access to an on-site concierge service, that's available six days a week, to help you out with your daily needs. There's even a dry cleaner here on site, as well as other retail shops.
The Optima Camelview truly has it all, when it comes to amenities for the residents. The amenities offered to the residents at the Optima Camelview, continue indoors with a full-size indoor lap pool, an indoor basketball court, a full-size gym, and an indoor racquetball court. There's truly nothing that you would want, that the Optima doesn't offer.
