Hi, I'm Andrea Lilienfeld with the Kay-Grant Group, and today we're back at Sunrise Condominiums where we're going to tour one of our featured two bedroom, one bathroom, 934 square foot condos. As you can see, this featured condo is going to be a ground floor, corner unit right on the Continental Golf Course.
So here we are on the oversized, wrap around patio overlooking the Continental Golf Course. And best of all, this fitness center overlooks one of the communities two pools. I don't know about you, but I could get used to working out with this sort of view.
