Julie was born and raised in El Paso, TX by hyper entrepreneurial parents. The oldest of eight, Julie and her siblings were raised with intense work ethics and an unwavering belief in God and family.
She obtained her PHR in Human Resources from the University of WA in 1990 and opened a staffing business with multiple offices located from Olympia to Mount Vernon in the State of Washington. After 30 years, Julie and her husband Stanely moved to Arizona.
After nine months of living the retired lifestyle, Julie knew it wasn't for her. She decided to make a T-Square list of her talents and a list of career choices and narrowed the list down to real estate. Her passion has always been helping people transition through major life events and after honing these skills in staffing for the last 30 years, she knew she could bring the same energy and passion to the real estate industry. Ultimately, her goal is to take what can be stressful and manage it such a way that her clients feel they have had a joyful experience.
Julie started her real estate career with Keller Williams Biltmore Partners; the mentorship and experience she gained helped her build the foundation of a solid track record in helping buyers and sellers in the Greater Phoenix Area
It was during her time at KWBP where she met Andrea Lilienfeld and started working for her when she needed help. As Andrea’s business and our friendship grew, Julie worked more and more for her and Geoff and eventually joined their team at The Kay-Grant Group this past summer.
Julie and her husband will celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary next May, and they have two children and three grandchildren. The happily married couple love to eat, and they travel the world looking for their next great meal. In her spare time, she loves to quilt, sew, paint, and play some golf.
