Ron Pacioni is The Kay-Grant Group’s 2021 Rookie of the Year!

We are proud to announce our 2021 Winner of The Kay-Grant Group’s Rookie of the Year, Ron Pacioni! Although Ron joined the team in November 2020, he was certainly no rookie in the Greater Phoenix real estate market.

Ron has been licensed since 1995, and has been active in the industry as both a developer and a sales consultant. Along with his father, Ray, their most notable development is the Stadium Lofts in Downtown Phoenix.

After joining The Kay-Grant Group, Ron utilized his years of experience and hit the ground running, which resulted in an impressive $8,593,900 in sales in his first year, with his biggest transaction being a stellar $1.4 Million sale! Not only has Ron been a top-producing agent for our team, he has also been an incredible team player, has become an expert in working with luxury clients, and is revered around the office for his upbeat attitude and willingness to help and encourage those around him.
