Buckeye AZ Description:

The city gets its name as an homage of Maile M. Jackson (who built the Buckeye Canal in the late 1880s) home state of Ohio, which is commonly known as "The Buckeye State". Since the year 2000, the population of Buckeye has exploded from 6,500 to nearly 75,000 in 2018.

Why such a major increase? One of the biggest reasons is the affordable housing market. Housing prices are consistently lower compared to Phoenix, and drastically lower than the national average. Since Buckeye is only a 45-minute drive to downtown Phoenix, and the quiet serenity of the city, commuters can own a nice house for less money and still be within a comfortable drive of the Valley.

As more of Buckeye's farmland is converted into residential land, housing prices and demand will increase, making this an incredible opportunity for prospective Arizona residents and real estate investors alike.
