It's located within the McDowell Mountain canyons, with three guard-gated, 24-hour entrances controlling access.

• Silverleaf has approximately 700 homes across about 2,000 acres:

Silverleaf is organized loosely by elevation and price tier. 

The Villas offer a more accessible entry point into the community. Prices rise as elevation increases. 

The Summit at Silverleaf is located at the highest point in the community and has views of the McDowell Mountains, city lights, and sunsets.

Past the Horseshoe Canyon entrance is the private Silverleaf Club, built in a Rural Mediterranean style across 50,000 square feet. 

The club is surrounded by an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf. It also has a spa, resort and lap pools, full locker rooms, and multiple dining options.

Desert Parks Village

Desert Parks Village comprises six gated neighborhoods and luxury townhome and condo communities. Homes are built around neighborhood parks, giving each street its own gathering point.

Golf at DC Ranch

The Country Club at DC Ranch operates under a "Fun, Family, and Friendliness" philosophy, welcoming members of all ages to dine, play, and socialize. 

The clubhouse takes its design cues from the western resorts of the 1920s and 1930s. It is built in the same Ranch Hacienda style, and leather, iron, and Western-inspired details appear throughout the space.

The golf course, designed by Tom Lehman and John Fought, features:

• Slopes ranging from 123 to 137
• Views of the desert floor, McDowell Mountains, and city below
• Options to walk or ride
