Originally built in the 1930s, Orpheum Lofts was renovated in Art Deco style in 2005. Upon entering the building, decorative black marble walls, black and white floor tiles, brass elevator doors, brass fixtures, custom glass tile, etched glass, and a spectacular marble staircase showcase the building's remarkable transformation.

The 11-story building houses 89 condominiums with open floor plans ranging from 700 to 1.800 square feet. Exposed ductwork and brick walls allow you to see and feel the building's history.
