Since The Vale community is on University Blvd, residents have easy access to several transportation options. The Valley Metro Bus Route 30 services University Blvd, and travels all the way to Baseline and 24^th street, near South Mountain Community College. Also, a short walk to Mill Ave provides access to a couple of Orbit Neighborhood Circulators, which will take you to various shopping centers and restaurants throughout Tempe. The Light Rail station is also nearby, which allows residents of The Vale the convenience of safe and simple travel without owning a vehicle.

 

If you love to dine out, there are excellent choices within walking distance of The Vale without having to go to Mill Ave. Harlow’s Café is only one block away and has been a favorite of Downtown Tempe residents for years. For a quick-yet-delicious coffee, Starbucks is located on the southeast corner of University and Hardy, and offers a drive thru and outdoor seating. Quick lunch options nearby include Mr. Hunan Chinese and Cheba Hut Toasted Subs. It’s hard to beat the convenience provided when you live in a condo at The Vale!
