Coronado Ranch Community Description

Although Coronado Ranch has its own small community parks, many families in the area enjoy plenty of fun outdoors at Gilbert Regional Park, which sits within walking distance of the subdivision. As of Fall 2020, certain sections of the park are still under construction; however, there are plenty of amenities for residents of Gilbert to enjoy. Key amenities available include brand-new lighted basketball courts, a massive Splash Pad, and a 17-foot playground area known as The Mountain. As more and more features are added to this large regional park, the demand for homes in the area are sure to increase!

Higley Pavilion is located on the opposite side of Higley Road, and offers a number of retails shops and restaurants.
