Mannyz has yet to meet a problem he can't overcome. If he doesn't know something, he learns it. He puts his best foot forward and strives to be the best.

Born and raised in Riverside, California, Mannyz moved to Flagstaff, Arizona, where he finished high school.

Real estate runs in his family. Mannyz started his career in Flagstaff selling manufactured homes with his dad. The two worked for years as a father-and-son team.

Mannyz later moved to Las Vegas, where he met his wife. He spent a decade in the Las Vegas construction world. He worked in controls and later in building automation for casinos, government buildings, and other large buildings.

Mannyz brings the skills from his past careers to every client he works with. Construction taught him the value of constant communication, daily logs, and organization. Selling manufactured homes taught him to manage all the moving pieces of a sale, including helping clients get financing.

Mannyz and his wife have four boys, and sports have always been a big part of family life. Mannyz spent years coaching youth sports, including competitive gymnastics in Flagstaff, and he is also a certified USA Soccer coach. His boys played baseball, football, and soccer, and the two youngest played soccer through high school. The whole family loves soccer, and one of their best experiences was attending the FIFA World Cup 2026.

He is an entrepreneur, and teaching that mindset to his sons is important to him. In high school, one of his younger sons wanted to earn money as his own boss.

Mannyz taught him everything from setting up an LLC and finding target clients to financing and paying back a loan. Almost a year ago, the two launched Diamond Detailz AZ, a mobile detailing business they run together. Just as Mannyz once went into business with his dad, he’s now doing the same with his son.

He holds a black belt in Eskrima. He also rides a Harley-Davidson Low Rider, and one of his favorite rides is to Las Vegas. Closer to home, he enjoys riding from North Phoenix to Wickenburg, Bartlett Lake, Lake Pleasant, and Cave Creek.

Golf keeps Mannyz and his family active. Rancho Mañana, Talking Stick, and Troon top their list of favorite courses, and their goal is to play one new course every month.

When he isn't on a golf course or a motorcycle, Mannyz likes hiking the trails of Piestewa Peak with his wife.
