Dynamite Mountain Ranch is a master-planned community of just over 1,000 homes in the 85085 ZIP code, east of I-17 and north of Happy Valley Road. The community covers both sides of Norterra Parkway between Jomax Road and North Valley Parkway.

Dynamite Mountain Ranch has no community pool or clubhouse. Residents have neighborhood parks, playgrounds, basketball courts, and the Sonoran Loop Trail. The north end of the community backs up to the Phoenix Sonoran Preserve.

Smaller single-story Dynamite Mountain homes typically have three bedrooms, and the largest two-story homes have up to five bedrooms and three-car garages. Homes with private pools or lots that back up to the preserve tend to sell for more.

Anthem Country Club

Anthem Country Club is a gated community in Anthem, Arizona, north of Norterra on I-17. Some homes in Anthem Country Club have golf course views, and the club has clubhouses, fitness centers, and tennis courts.
