Arcadia Estates is a luxury home community located in Arcadia.

Many homes also have private pools, and there are no HOA fees. The community is just minutes from Fashion Square Mall and Old Town Scottsdale, and residents have easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Arcadia Grove

Arcadia Grove features one- and two-bedroom condos in Arcadia.

Over Easy features classic comfort food in a laid-back retro setting, and Arcadia Tavern is a popular spot for pub-style food and happy hour. Arcadia Highway Access

The Arcadia Neighborhood is in a great location for residents who need easy access to Phoenix's major highways without the traffic and noise associated from living too close to them. The AZ Loop 202 is only 10 minutes south of Arcadia, and provides access to the entire East Valley. Highway 143 connects to the 202 and is the easiest route to Sky Harbor Airport. Need to travel to North Phoenix? AZ Highway 51 is only 10 minutes away, and offers exits in Paradise Valley as well.
